Shipping and delivery

At ELIS ELIS we offer basic shipping through MAIL service or EXPRESS expedited shipping with a carrier.

These are the expected delivery times:

EXPRESS

  • Spain (Peninsula): 2-3 working days
  • Spain (Balearic Islands): 3-4 working days
  • Spain (Canary Islands): 10-12 working days
  • Portugal: 3-4 working days
  • Andorra: 10-12 working days
  • European Union: 3-7 working days
  • Rest of the World: 15-20 days

MAIL

  • Spain (Peninsula): 6-8 working days
  • Spain (Balearic Islands): 8-10 working days
  • Spain (Canary Islands): 20-24 working days
  • Portugal: 8-10 working days
  • Andorra: 20-24 working days
  • European Union: 6-14 working days
  • Rest of the World: 30-40 days

 No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.

  • Free on orders over 25€

Spain (Balearic Islands) & Portugal:

  • MAIL: 3€
  • EXPRESS: 6€
  • Free on orders over 28€

Spain (Canary Islands), Andorra & European Union:

  • MAIL: 4€
  • EXPRESS: 12€
  • Free on orders over 40€

 Rest of the World:

  • MAIL: 5€
  • EXPRESS: 20€
  • Free on orders over 80€

 

Return policy

At ELIS ELIS we want you to be happy with your order! If you feel the need to return or exchange your items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, once the return is accepted, you need to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Please remember refunds do not include shipping fees.
